No refund or cancellation of orders.
Approval and printing of designs
Juffrou Ontwerp does not take responsibility for any faults or mistakes on order/s after the customer has approved the design for printing. Applicable to all products.
Lead times: +- 15 – 20 business days due to volume of orders received. After this period orders will be dispatched with the courier. The courier takes an additional 2 – 5 business days for deliveries.
*Please note all outsourced products lead time is 20 – 25 business days. This is mentioned in the product description*
Stamps
Juffrou Ontwerp does not take responsibility when inkpads for stamps are refilled with ink other than the ink we sell. Using other ink will damage your stamps’ inkpad and textplate.
Shipping policy
We will not be held liable once the delivery service has taken possession of the goods.
If you live in a rural area/high risk zone, there will be an additional surcharge of R80-R85 that we will invoice you for when making the booking.
